See requests, awaiting stock and sent emails
The Reports section lists every sign-up, every product shoppers are waiting for, and every email the app has sent, with its status.

In the app, go to Reports.

Choose a tab:
- Requests: every shopper who clicked Notify me, and for which product.
- Awaiting Stock: sold-out products that shoppers are waiting for.
- Sent Notifications: every back in stock email sent, to whom, and whether it was sent, delivered and opened.
A shopper says they got no email? Look them up in Sent Notifications to see whether the email was sent and delivered. If it wasn't sent, see Choose who gets emails and when.
