Show blocks and offers in your live checkout
After you create an upsell offer or a checkout block in the app, add the matching app block to your checkout in the theme editor. Only then does it show in the checkout of your live store.
Before you start: create the offer or block in the app first. See Create an upsell offer or Create a checkout block.
Add the block to your checkout

In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store › Themes and click Edit theme (or Customize) next to your current theme.

In the page menu at the top of the editor, select Checkout.

Click Add app block at the bottom left.

Select the block for the customization you created in the app. The list shows every Checkout Engine block, such as Age Validation, Alert Box, Banner Image, Checkout Upsell, Contact Info, Discount Code Promotion, Free Shipping Bar and Line Item Change.

Drag the block to the place in the checkout where it should appear, then click Save.
Repeat these steps for each kind of customization you created in the app, such as an upsell offer and a line item block.
Keep in mind: some blocks have a slightly different name in the editor than in the app. For example, the Free Shipping Progress Bar block of the app is listed as Free Shipping Bar.
Check that it works: add a product to your cart and go to checkout. The offer or block shows where you placed it.
