Add Checkout Engine to your checkout
To show your upsell offers in the checkout, add the Checkout Engine Offers app block in Shopify's checkout editor, then save.
Before you start: create your upsell offer in the app. See Create an upsell offer.
Open the checkout editor

In your Shopify admin, go to Settings › Checkout and accounts.

Under Customize your checkout, click Go to Checkout Editor. The checkout editor opens.
Add the offers block

Click Add app at the bottom left.

Select Checkout Engine Offers, the block from Checkout Engine.

Drag the block to the place in the checkout where the offer should appear.

Click Save.
Check that it works: add a product to your cart and go to checkout. Your offer shows where you placed the block. If you set conditions under Advance Settings in the offer, use a cart that meets them.
Add checkout blocks
Blocks you create in the app, such as a line item block or an alert box, also need their own app block in the checkout. See Show blocks and offers in your live checkout.
