Connect Klaviyo
Connect Klaviyo to send the app's events to your Klaviyo account and build your back in stock emails there with flows.
Before you start: you need a Klaviyo private API key. Find it below in Find your Klaviyo private API key.
Connect your account

In the app, go to Settings › Integrations and click Connect.

Turn on Klaviyo, paste your key into Klaviyo private API key and click Save.

Go to Settings › Notifications Sending & Template and turn on the emails whose events you want in Klaviyo.
Keep the emails switched on in the app, even when Klaviyo sends them. The app only sends an event to Klaviyo for emails that are on.
Build the emails in Klaviyo
The app sends these metrics to Klaviyo:
- Back In Stock! Alert Engine Restock Mail Alert
- Back In Stock! Alert Engine Low Stock Mail Alert
- Back In Stock! Alert Engine Price Drop Mail Alert
- Back In Stock! Alert Engine Confirmation Mail Alert
To send the emails from Klaviyo, create a flow in Klaviyo for each metric you want to use.
When the integration is on, the app sends events and shopper details, including email addresses, to the Klaviyo account the key belongs to.
Find your Klaviyo private API key

In Klaviyo, click your account name at the bottom left, then Settings.

Go to Account › API keys.

Under Private API Keys, copy an existing key or click Create Private API Key.
Treat the key like a password. Paste it only into the app, and don't share it by email or chat.
